Whispering Canyon is rowdy fun for families, and
the all-you-can-eat skillets give hungry folks their money’s worth.
Setting and Atmosphere
Big, open dining room just off the lobby with
whimsical Wild West decor. Despite its name, Whispering Canyon is anything
but quiet, with servers encouraging diners to let loose and have fun
(pony races, anyone?). Tables have a barrel-top lazy Susan where food is
placed for an all-you-can-eat experience.
For breakfast, the all-you-can-eat platter offers bacon,
sausage, scrambled eggs, home fries, buttermilk biscuits and gravy. For
lunch and dinner, big skillets loaded with corn bread, pulled pork,
smoked pork ribs, roasted chicken, sausage, mashed potatoes, baked
beans, and corn on the cob are crowd-pleasers.
New York strip steak, citrus-glazed rainbow trout,
s’mores with marshmallow gelato.
