  • Any one know how to get tickets? Need them for December 17 or 20. Table of 4 and a table for 2

    • Carol,
It is bookable online now under dining reservations.

  • Now, if they had a ‘ride up front’ and eat a meal thing, sign me up.
Or even just drinks and appetizers on the trains between courses before you go to the sit down place.

  • Yay! Another alcohol-laden gastronomical adventure that we can’t enjoy. Although we tour and eat at the monorail resorts most trips anyway, just drinking water, and I provide the Disney trivia to my wife and son, ignoring their eye rolls. 🙂

  • The price tag isn’t too bad; I would consider springing for this, but only if they complete a thorough refurb of the monorail first. The way those trains are smelling these days, I don’t want to get on them between meal courses.

  • Very clever of them to take something that loads of people already do on their own (with varying levels of success), and package it into a polished, purchasable experience. $150 is a big number, but not unreasonable compared to what it would cost you to visit and buy all of these items a la carte.

    • So, do they dare package Drink Around the World as the Around the World Showcase Cele-Bever-ation? Will corporate image stretch that far? 😉

      • That was actually my first thought too. I could absolutely see them offering a World Showcase boozy tasting tour, hopping between reserved spots/seating in the lounges (Tutto Gusto, Cava del Tequila, etc) around the world.

  • Some guests have enjoyed personal variations of this dine-around for years, sans the special fireworks viewing area, of corrse. I prefer the relaxed pace of such a moveable feast with a small group of friends.

  • Most of the stuff they have introduced lately doesn’t interest me. This however is very interesting and I’d like to try it out sometime. It sounds like an expensive but fantastic date night experience.
