What’s it like inside?

De Vil's is one of the more successful themed lounges on the Disney Destiny, with a black, white, and red Hollywood Regency look that fits the Cruella concept without feeling too overdone. The room has some personality, which is a plus on a cruise ship, and the live piano music gives it enough energy to feel like an actual destination rather than just a place to wait for your dinner reservation. If you go in the evening, when the lounge has a little life to it, it works especially well. Just be prepared for a lot of the namesake's song.

The drinks are fine, not groundbreaking, but that’s enough. Most adults will come away thinking this is exactly what a shipboard lounge ought to be: attractive, entertaining, and pleasantly removed from the family frenzy elsewhere onboard. It’s not a reason by itself to book the Destiny - like Skyline is on the Dream and Fantasy - but it should be one of the ship’s better spots for a pre-dinner cocktail or an after-dinner drink.
