only downside was the pull out couch vs. 2 queen beds. But amazing little porch, great 1st floor location close to lobby. Maybe too close to the only elevator in the area, but we heard very little noise the nights we stayed. But the location was amazing to sit on the porch and see the action on the boardwalk, the pool, and the beach... could even see and hear the beach movie from the porch! Love that location as much as any i've been to on earth! Lastly, for 3 years I paid way extra for the following views, and I'd choose this rooms view over most of these because i didn't have to pay extra; Safari view at AKL, Castle view at Poly, Storm along Bay view at Beach Club Resort.

This room is quite large and has a little minibar area that I wasn't expecting! I arrived at 1am and checked out at 7:45am to move to another room but didn't have any issues here. Had requested a king bed, upper floor, close to lobby and had 2 out of 3 met. Considering it was <7 hours on Thanksgiving Night, can't complain. Had no noise issues at all. This room does connect to 1573.
