Room is literally steps away from the beach Club Marketplace which is great. Warm morning sun comes through, but room is rather dark the rest of the day. Lake view is blocked by tree directly to the right outside of room, but patio is nice and fine. Room is very "used", I am going to leave a note with the front desk on outlets that weren't working and the bathroom has seen better days. Otherwise, we love BC!

While we enjoyed the lovely garden view, we found this room to be noisy. We heard a a great deal of noise from people waiting for the main bank of elevators just outside the marketplace. It was especially noticeable as people arrived back after the various park closing times. It is a connecting room and the lack of carpet allows sounds to travel beneath the connecting door.

We adored this location !!!!! A few rooms away from the marketplace and lobby and close enough to stormalong bay but not too close to hear all the fun. I will say that you can hear the connecting room very easily and I have not noticed that elsewhere before. But we did not have any issues with this during our 2 nights. You are steps away for viewing Epcot fireworks as well.
