Has a really pretty view - beautiful at night. You can exit by an end of hallway door that is about 2 minute walk to the back entrance of Epcot. Also exit same door to walk about 2 minutes to catch boat to Hollywood Studios. Is a long way from lobby but awesome access to Epcot and boat to HS. Was quiet. We would for sure ask for this room again.
