Great, low-obstruction view of the water and Boardwalk. Hollywood Studios fireworks are partially visible - those high enough to clear the Boardwalk buildings. Room has two queen beds plus a daybed/couch. I rate this room a 4 instead of a 5 because the balcony extends out about a foot and is enough to get some air, but you cannot sit out there or fit a chair.
