Balcony door is narrow and platform is the size of a postage stamp, only one person can stand there at a time. Another tiny window on the same wall is slightly ridiculous in size. The view looks at a large tree, no view of EPCOT and you'll only see the ground well. The room itself is a standard two queen Boardwalk room. It has a connecting door to room 3300 which appears to have the same sized balcony.
