We stayed in this room. The balcony is small, but OK for two people. Partial view of Lake obstructed by trees but still decent. View of courtyard. Room is right next to the elevator, which is very convenient to get to the lobby, but also loud in the morning. If you'd like to sleep late, it wouldn't be a good pick but if you're up early anyways, it's good. Very quick walk to lobby and bus stop which we liked.
