Great view, big studio. Wish they had put in a stack washer/dryer and there is occasional ferry noise but didn't really bother us.

Ferry horns woke us daily at 6:45, with repeating horns every 15 minutes or so. Great for rope droppers. Not so great for folks living on Pacific Time :) Beware of this side of the building if you want to sleep in.
