We'd like a newly renovated room.

Room #0203, roll-in shower room. The front door is not recessed like regular rooms and it is parallel with the window to allow more interior space. While standard rooms are recessed to allow housekeeping carts not to block walkways. The five coat hanging knobs were located between the door and the TV/dresser instead of the bedroom wall next to the bathroom. The TV/dresser appears the same and in the same place. The fridge is moved away from the front door and put next to the far side of the dresser, closer to the bathroom. The open closet with coat hangers is located outside the bathroom next to the fridge and bedroom/bathroom wall. The bathroom sliding door is wider than standard rooms as is the room itself. There is a slight hump to roll over to get into the bathroom My toilet was on my right entering with the handrail on the side and back wall. There is more space between the sink and toilet area but looks the same as the standard room. This allows a wheelchair to roll backward between the toilet and sink area to transfer to the toilet from a wheelchair. And there is space to roll a wheelchair under the sink. The roll-in shower has a wall and curtain with a small bump to roll over to keep water from spilling into other areas. This bump is a hollow rubber and easy to roll over. The fold-down seat in the roll-in shower is attached to the wall next to the water valves and handheld shower items and next to the wall with the sink mentioned earlier. The fold-down seat is not wood and is much nicer, with a nylon mesh seat and metal support. I was transferred from a standard non-wheelchair room bed that was too high and they offered a stool with a hand-height handle to help me get in/out of bed and the chair for the bathtub. My wheelchair was a very tight fit in the standard non-wheelchair bathroom as the entrance door was narrow and the closet was located in the bathroom. The standard non-wheelchair bathroom had the toilet next to the bathtub with glass doors instead of a shower curtain. The standard wheelchair-accessible room they transferred me to the bed was the same, but the murphy bed was much lower and is the same with more space between the bed and table. I didn't use the murphy bed. The space between the table and window appears the same, but the space between the lower queen bed and regular height table was wider than the standard room. There were three bedsides fixed wall tables. Each had two electrical outlets and two USB outlets. The TV dresser had double the outlets as found on one bedside table, but located on each end of the dresser. I liked the lower beds and roll-in shower now that I use a wheelchair.
