AVOID this room. I don't normally review anything, and I'm pretty laid back so I didn't say anything when we checked in and didn't get an upper floor like I requested. The location is great, so we unpacked and headed out. This room is next to a utility closet where housekeeping stores their carts and such. All hours of the night you would hear random carts being rolled in and slammed into everything. Also, resort vehicles are stored right out front. It is also a very high traffic area, so very loud people leaving as early as 5:30 AM and late people coming in after 1:00 AM. Only reason we didn't move is because we didn't have time to pack up everything. On the last day, new neighbors above us were extremely loud as well. Very disappointed.
