I had this room in February 2024 and loved it. You can see the horse and carriage go by from the front window. It was pretty quiet there so you would hear the horseshoes approaching. It's not too far from the main building, but far enough that noise isn't an issue. Supposedly you can see Epcot fireworks from the building 3 parking lot, but it was raining the one time I tried.
