While this is not close to the lobby, there is an exit door down the hall and just before that is the laundry room. Room was fairly quiet although there were some dogs barking and people talking loudly at the nearby elevator a few times. The view from the patio is nice. And I was probably one of the last people to have to sleep on that daybed (not comfortable) as the renovations were happening while we were there and the daybeds were being replaced.
