We were upgraded to this room from a resort view room. It is directly by an entrance/exit to the boardwalk and a is a corner room with a balcony and two additional windows. This room is also very close to laundry facilities. Noise level was minimal, views were great, access to both the resort and walkway to Epcot was easy. I would absolutely book this room again.
