Long walk from the lobby, but close to a stairwell to get out to the boardwalk and path to Hollywood Studios. I expect this room would also have a good view of the Epcot fireworks (you can see the Eiffel Tower towards the centre-right of the view), but I was never in my room at the right time, so can't say for sure. Note this room had 1 King Bed in May 2023.
