Sound level should be a 3 for this room. It looks directly into the Dolphin loading dock, you will hear the beeps of trucks backing up if you are a light sleeper. This is a connected room to 3014 and I could hear my neighbors on both sides quite clearly from the Mom asking her DS to do his homework to the group discussing how to get a BG and then cheering when they were successful. I'm surprised how well I hear the neighbors. This room has a very comfy couch bed.
