Very convenient access to main lobby and marketplace as it's only steps away from the main elevator bank. Private balcony due to foliage but it's also very close to the bus stop so it can be noisy out on the balcony. Balcony doors do a good job of keeping the noise out of the room. This room is on an outside wall also, which means neighbor noise only comes from one direction and there are windows on the side of the room in addition to the balcony, so there is lots of natural light. Window curtains eliminate almost all light if you desire.
