What should you know?

Pecos Bill's menu is a mix of Chipotle-style rice bowls and theme park staples burgers and fries. You may add Citrus-Chipotle Chicken or Green Chili Beef to the Rice Bowls, Southwest Caesar Salad, or Nacho Bowl.

What’s it like inside?

An Old West-style cantina, with plenty of indoor seating and air conditioning.

Pecos Bill's seating area is separated into several sections. It's also somewhat dark, and always crowded. If you send your group ahead to find seats while you wait to pick up your food, either have one of them come back and find you, or have them text you their location once they're seated.

What are the specialties?

The Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger has a nice bacon jam. The Rice Bowl with Citrus-Chipotle Chicken and Green Chili Beef with a side of Charro Beans will be a very filling, very good lunch for two hungry adults.
