Disney After Hours Boo Bash is a Halloween-themed, separately-ticketed party at the Magic Kingdom. The event offers several Halloween-themed cavalcades, candy stops, character sightings, and special performances. As with other After Hours events, certain ice cream bars, popcorn, and beverages are included with the event and available "for free" at carts around the park. Disney says that more than 20 attractions will run during Boo Bash.

Disney After Hours Boo Bash takes place on select nights from August 10 through October 31. Tickets went on sale on June 15 (or June 8 if you were staying at a Disney hotel), and those tickets will grant admission to Magic Kingdom park as early as 7:00 PM without the need for a day park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.

The tickets for Boo Bash are not cheap. Attending on Halloween will cost $199 per person (so, about $212 after tax). August and September dates start at $129-139 (a $10 Passholder or DVC discount is available for these dates), and other October nights start at $159-169.

Costumes are allowed, but must follow Disney's dress code and costume guidelines.
