End of Life Announcement

Unfortunately, Disney World stopped processing detailed room requests on Monday, April 20, 2026. (See our WDW Room Request Feature Last Day is April 19, 2026 blog post for more details.)

This change impacts only our Room Request tool. Our Room Finder continues to let you explore Walt Disney World hotel room locations, features, and more than 30,000 room view photos. You can still use the Room Finder to identify desirable rooms.

Now you may make room requests as part of Disney's Online Check-In Service on Walt Disney World's official website or app. If you'd like, you can also try to make requests using the official Disney World app or website or (if you are a DVC Member) contacting DVC Member Services.

As always, if your assigned room is not what you want, when you physically arrive at the hotel you can visit the front desk and politely inquire about moving to a room you'd like better.
