End of Life Announcement

Unfortunately, Disney World will stop processing detailed room requests on Sunday, April 19, 2026. (See our WDW Room Request Feature Last Day is April 19, 2026 blog post for more details.)

After that date you may only make room requests as part of Disney's Online Checkin process, using Walt Disney World's official website or app.

As always, if your assigned room is not what you want, when you physically arrive at the hotel you can visit the front desk and politely inquire whether you can move to a room you'd like better.

This change impacts only our Room Request tool. Our Room Finder continues to let you explore Walt Disney World hotel room locations, features, and more than 30,000 room view photos.

Use this form to request a room at a Walt Disney World-operated hotel. We will send your request to Disney as long as you complete a request form two or more days prior to check-in. Although we've heard many success stories, we do not control whether Disney grants your request or whether a person working at the front desk can see your request. There is no guarantee that your room request will be honored; please set your expectations accordingly.

Disney's Online Check-in

If you use our Room Request Tool, you can still use Disney's Online Check-in Service, which prompts you to make simple requests via check boxes. If you choose to specify any such requests during online check-in, make sure that they do not contradict anything you requested via our Room Request tool.
