"Our TouringPlans subscription was a lifesaver on our trip. One of the busiest days of the year, and we never waited longer than 20 minutes!"

Description And Comments
The Animation Experience provides information about the history of Disney animation and gives guests a chance to draw their favorite characters from The Lion King with the help of an instructor.
Touring Tips
- This attraction offers Lightning Lane via Genie+.
The Animation Experience is located in a remote section of the park, so crowds shouldn’t be large during the early and late part of the day. Note that you need to take the Wildlife Express Train from Africa to Rafiki's Planet Watch in order to get to Conservation Station, where this attraction is located.
The Animation Experience at Conservation Station Wait Times
This chart shows you roughly how long you'll wait for The Animation Experience at Conservation Station when you visit on a day with a given Disney's Animal Kingdom Crowd Level. The blue bars represent the average "peak" wait time (that is, how long the line will be at its busiest). The bottom and top black lines represent the range of peak wait times to expect (for you fellow nerds out there: it's the 5th percentile and 95th percentile of peak wait times). Please note that these are estimates, and for a better forecast for your travel dates, see The Animation Experience at Conservation Station Wait Times.
Special Comments
- This attraction is climate-controlled (has air conditioning and heat).
Think of this as an Animal Kingdom version of the Animation Academy that was once at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
