Entrée Range

Wine Country Trattoria is a popular spot for a Mediterranean-style or California-inspired meal, paired with a glass of wine from its extensive cellar. The trattoria appeals more to adults without children, though an improved kids’ menu and World of Color fixed-price dining packages have made this a more attractive option for families. Note that viewing package lunch and dinner patrons each receive a ticket for a reserved viewing area but do not watch the show from the restaurant itself. The soup or salad and desserts included in the viewing package are all excellent, and the entrées are now equal to the à la carte selections; the rib eye is one of the best steaks on property, and well worth the upcharge. For a refreshing late afternoon break, order a glass of wine at the Sonoma Terrace around the corner. From a Richfield, Ohio, mom:

One place we all agreed on was the Wine Country Trattoria at DCA. The service was a bit on the slow side, but the food was delicious and fresh.

Setting and Atmosphere

Arguably one of the better dining options at either park, the trattoria is a leisurely place to park yourself and family away from the frenetic crowds. Whether you choose one of three themed patios outside or the “patio” inside, this spacious bistro captures the California-casual mood with plenty of tile, wood, and trellised greenery, whisking you away from downtown Anaheim and positing you in the middle of California wine country.

House Specialties

Try the pasta: spaghetti Bolognese or spaghetti with vegetables, lasagna, fettuccine shrimp Alfredo, or linguine with clams.
