Home of gut busting creations known as Crazy Shakes. One of these gigantic concoctions has a full on Strawberry Pop-Tart sitting on top. Another has a huge brownie which sits on a mountain of chocolate fudge, chocolate chips, and frosting. Regular shakes are also available for those that don't need all the extra bells and whistles. Besides desserts, Black Tap offers a great variety of burgers. We enjoy The Mexico City burger (served with Pepper Jack Cheese, Pickled Jalapeños, crispy Onion Ring, and Chipotle Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, and a Pickle) and the Pizza Burger (Marinara Sauce, Fried Mozzarella, and Shaved Parmesan, Lettuce, Tomato, and a Pickle). Salads and sides are also available.

Setting and Atmosphere

Black Tap is a "Fast-casual" restaurant with an ordering-system similar to Earl of Sandwich; You wait in line to place an order and pay. Then you receive a pager that will buzz when your food is ready. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

House Specialties

Burgers, both beef-based and vegan. For dessert, signature CrazyShakes with over-the-top toppings like cotton candy and full slices of cake.

Other Recommendations

Craft beers from around the country, on draft and in bottles. Burger-topped salads for those avoiding carbs, Korean barbecue chicken sandwiches, onion rings, and sweet potato fries.
