A better location than I expected once I received the room number. It is a bit far from the lobby but the room is located right next to an elevator that gives you quick access to the main pool and Roaring Forks (if you walk outside the building). It's not a busy elevator so you do not hear the ding sound often or at all from the room. It's a fantastic location if you're doing a resort only stay since you're so close to the amenities the WL provides. The room is located on the 3rd floor which is somewhat a hidden floor from the lobby. It is only a floor up from the lobby but there are not apparent staircase (the one you see in the lobby lead you to the 4th floor), only the service staircase located behind the elevator. That could be bothersome for some that prefer the stairs and quick access from the lobby. My husband kept mentioning he could hear some sort of fan or AC compressor when staying on the balcony which he didn't enjoy. However, myself and 2 other family members couldn't hear it at all! You definitely do not hear it in the room.
