This room is one of the newly refurbished rooms as of December 2015. Very nice interior. Newly painted, ceiling fans (big deal for me), wood floors, full kitchen and washer/dryer unit. It is a bit of a walk to the lobby but did not bother us. A very quiet room, we never heard noise from the outside or from bordering rooms. No need for elevators on this floor. Would definitely stay again.
