We had this 1 Bedroom villa in July 2025. We loved it. Long balcony with 4 chairs and protected from the rain. Great view of the lake. If you stood-up and leaned over the balcony wall you could watch the boardwalk activities. You could see the fireworks at EPCOT over the Boardwalk Inn and the fireworks at Magic Kingdom over the Beach Club. Large bedroom. Large handicap bathroom. Kitchen was small with narrow countertops. Had to call for service for leaking refrigerator and dark TV in living room.
