Stayed in this room after requesting the same room one floor up. The view is slightly distorted as you can see in the pictures, but still a great view of the lawn. The room is on the same floor as the lobby and is short walking distance to the lobby, elevators, stairs and Vending. We did not find it loud at all, but the balcony is angled which makes it a tight squeeze to fit two people. I might not request this room again (mainly for the obstructed view), but really don't have any major complaints.
