This room is subject to a lot of noise. Very close to the lobby, which is nice. But, the balcony is over the cobblestone walkway that housekeeping and groundskeeping uses to bring carts and equipment to and from the building. Those carts just rumble and make a ton of noise. The balcony is sort of enclosed and basically not much use. It's super small. One 1 person could be on it at a time. It's just not inviting at all. The room itself is fine. Decent amount of space.
