Close to elevator. View is off back of pool bar, plus Swolphin. Back/side of clown head, but no face, so not bad if you hate clowns. Actual walk to lobby probably 4 minutes using stairs, maybe 7 if you have to wait for elevator. Walk to boat maybe 8-10 minutes, buses probably same,.
