The balcony view from this room is fantastic. You can see all of the activity on the boardwalk below, the lake, and a slightly obstructed view of fireworks at Epcot. The only downside was the long walk to the elevators.

The boardwalk view is incredible! You can see the fireworks at Epcot as well as the Magic Kingdom fireworks above the Yacht/Beach Club across Crescent Lake. You're in the middle of the action but high enough above the crowd that it's not terribly noisy when you're trying to sleep.
