Summary

After spending nearly a decade as a perpetually closed photo op, Universal reopened this iconic outdoor eatery with an indulgent new menu revolving around potato barrels. The elementary school cafeteria favorites can be smothered in pepperoni-and-sausage pizza toppings; other offerings include buffalo chicken tenders with mozzarella and ranch dressing, or the namesake combo of green eggs (colored with natural herbs) and diced ham. The menu’s artery-clogging star has to be the corned beef Who Hash, served with white cheese sauce and scallions in a souvenir can. For a sweet snack, the s’mores are made with hazelnut-chocolate spread.

House Specialties

Potato barrels with a variety of toppings, s’mores, soft drinks.
