Summary
Pecos Bill's menu is a mix of Chipotle-style rice bowls and theme park staples like salads and burgers. The Mexican fare is a welcome bit of variety, but it’s more expensive than and not quite as good as Chipotle’s. The menu gets mixed reactions, like this one from a Mount Holly, New Jersey, reader:
We were less than impressed with the menu, though it was fine for staving off a “hanger” tantrum.
If you’re ordering the tacos or fajitas, ask for extra toppings.
Setting and Atmosphere
An Old West-style cantina, with plenty of indoor seating and air conditioning.
Pecos Bill's seating area is separated into several sections. It's also somewhat dark, and always crowded. If you send your group ahead to find seats while you wait to pick up your food, either have one of them come back and find you, or have them text you their location once they're seated.
House Specialties
Pork carnitas and chicken fajita platter with rice and beans; beef nachos; rice bowl with veggies; salad with or without chicken; churros, powdered cinnamon-sugar doughnut holes, and yogurt for dessert.
