Summary

This is a viable option if you’re staying in the hotel, but as far as special meals go, this place doesn’t deliver—and really isn’t meant to.

Beer lovers will want to check out the four-sample flights, as well as the five-course pairing parties held on select nights (visit tinyurl.com/jakes beer for Jake’s Beer Dinner schedule). Jake’s serves a limited late-night menu and is usually the only table-service restaurant at the resort serving hot food after 10 p.m.

Setting and Atmosphere

Run-of-the-mill hotel bar and restaurant with a vaguely 1930s “Rick’s Cafe” feel. The menu explains the backstory of Captain Jake McNally and his association with Royal Pacific Airways, continuing the overall theme of the resort, which centers on the golden age of travel.

House Specialties

Homemade pretzel rods, hot wings, Mediterranean meze platter, pizzas, rib eye and frites, salmon with wild rice, and grilled tomatoand- mozzarella sandwich.
