Summary
Menchie's is a build-your-own yogurt chain that offers guests the ability to put themselves into a diabetic coma with an overwhelming amount of available toppings. Yes, there is fresh fruit for those who want to stay healthy, but for the rest of us there are sprinkles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Kit Kats, gummi bears, Cap'n Crunch, Twix, chocolate rocks and more (MUCH more) to load on top of your yogurt. Just as Via Napoli imports its water from Pennsylvania, Menchie's brings its milk in from California. Why? We're not exactly sure, but this cartoon says it is better for you. Science Schmience, you put enough Oreo cookies in the yogurt the milk might as well be from Mars.
Perhaps most importantly, one of the flavors in Menchie's regular rotation is Dole pineapple, otherwise known to Disney fans as the Dole Whip. This is one of the few places the cult favorite flavor can be found outside Adventureland, and the only where it can be topped with pink frosted animal crackers and marshmallow sauce.
Menchie's is located in between the first and second levels of CityWalk, next to Bread Box, in the former home of Katie's Candy Co. Cups (or a waffle bowls), and toppings are prices per an ounce, so you can pay as much - or as little - as you'd like.
