Selections

awaiian-style ribs, burgers, veggie burgers, jerk fish or pulled- pork sandwiches, chicken, pizzas, salads, and sushi.

Summary

As Volcano Bay’s largest eatery and the one closest to the park’s entrance, this is usually the most crowded restaurant at mealtimes. Breakfast items are served here during peak periods until 10:30 a.m., and this is the park’s only eatery that always stays open until closing time. The burgers are served on Hawaiian rolls, but you’re better off skipping them and the “longboard” pizzas in favor of more exotic entrées, like the braised chicken in green coconut curry, smoked ribs, or mango barbecue pulled pork. For lighter fare, we like the jerk-seasoned mahi-mahi with cucumber slaw, watermelon and feta salad, and California rolls. Chocolate lava cake is the can’t-miss dessert. If you want an adult beverage with your meal, step across the path to the nearby dancing dragons Boat Bar.
