What’s it like inside?

Paradiso’s outdoor seating is just as large as the inside’s, with elevated terrace dining and a stage along the waterfront for live music performances. Those performances can get loud, so seating farther away is better. Ambience is festive and casual, with an open kitchen. The menu features dishes from North, Central, and South America. (The 37 in the name refers to the number of countries represented on the menu.)

What are the specialties?

Argentinean skirt steak, Patagonian seared salmon, burgers, and the P37 Swirl, a margarita–sangria combo.
