Location

Magic Kingdom in Fantasyland, inside Cinderella Castle

Selections

French toast, quiche, poached lobster, beef tenderloin, fish of the day, braised short ribs, and chocolate cake

Summary

Food quality is better than average, it’s less expensive than it was before (but still pricey), and service is good.

Setting and Atmosphere

A spiffy medieval banquet hall in the middle of Fantasyland. While the food is tasty, it’s more about experiencing a meal in Cinderella Castle. Since reopening during the pandemic, only Cinderella makes an appearance. During our meal, that was three 3-minute circles along the outside walls of the dining area. Don’t expect anything in the way of photos or interactions.

House Specialties

Lunch and dinner have the same entrée selections: beef tenderloin, chicken breast, duck two ways, pan-seared scallops, or chickpea “fingers.” For starters, try the charcuterie plate or the salad; for mains, the beef tenderloin comes with a Bordelaise sauce that should be sold by the bottle. Ask your server if you can sample each of the three desserts.
