If you're at the front gate early enough in the morning you should be able to rush to Beauty and the Beast as soon as the park opens and ride with a minimal wait. If not wait until they end of the night when the park is about to close.

Disney Premier Access provides expedited access to Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast.

The charge for each Disney Premier Access pass is ¥2000, about $15 USD. Guests can purchase one Premier Access pass per a ride, per a day. Premier Access purchases must be made in the official Tokyo Disney Resort app.

Single Rider Line: Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast offers a single rider line. To make use of the single rider line, walk up to the entrance, and look for a sign marking the start of the single rider queue. This saves a significant amount of time when compared to the regular standby line.
