Summary
The original Celebrity Chef, Wolfgang Puck, returns to Disney Springs with another location showcasing his modern American cuisine. This Town Center eatery occupies prime real estate near Planet Hollywood, drawing crowds seeking simpler, familiar flavors. Puck’s famed pizzas and clean salads open a menu dotted with flourishes, pushing classic dishes towards a more upscale-modern realm. Dinner entrees center locally-farmed and -fished ingredients in crowd favorites like steak, chicken, and house-made pasta, with signature dishes including pork schnitzel. Lunch adds panini and casual entrée options.
Setting and Atmosphere
Farmhouse chic meets brutalist modern architecture melds the sleek style of the surrounding garage and over-the-top retail locations with the Florida waterfront look of the rest of Disney Springs Town Center. An open kitchen draws the eye from the restaurant’s front door, while exposed wood beams and a copper-accented pizza oven bring warmth to the restaurant’s 250-seat interior, with an indoor bar offset from the main dining room. A slight outdoor seating area abuts one side of the restaurant’s exterior, with the other side dedicated to a grab-and-go dessert and gelato window.
House Specialties
Chinois chicken salad, pizzas familiar to those who’ve dined at his Marketplace quick service location, and several Italian-leaning appetizers like giant meatballs open a sharable-dish-packed menu. Entrees that come recommended include the massive pork schnitzel (too rich to eat alone, but satisfyingly fried well) and Cioppino-style seafood tagliatelle pasta, made fresh in-house.
Other Recommendations
Seasonally-rotating fish entrees, including salmon and snapper, highlight fresh and bright flavors in clean preparations, while the pancetta-wrapped meatloaf, long a staple at Puck’s former West Side location, returns to the menu to satisfy simpler tastes.
