I was truly amazed by the number of adults in line—the only reason I could think of for that would be an insane desire to go on absolutely every ride at Disney World. The cars aren’t a whole lot of fun, and they tend to pile up at the end, so it takes almost as long to get off as it did to get on.
A dad from Pleasantville, New York, had this to say:
This is one attraction I wish they would replace with something better. It’s boring and it smells bad.
The line for the speedway snakes across a pedestrian bridge to the ride’s loading areas. Here’s a tip for a shorter wait: Turn right off the bridge, and then head to the first loading area rather than continuing to the second one.

Return times jump around a lot once the initial supply of Lightning Lane slots runs out. You'll see this in the chart as jagged lines with 'X' markers on them. Those return times are based on people cancelling Lightning Lane selections, which causes sudden, unpredictable return times to show up.
X markers mean Lightning Lane was gone more than 50% of the time for that selection time and crowd level.
