Setting and Atmosphere
Horizon Bay Restaurant is actually made up of two restaurants, one side is a quick service restaurant where food is served buffeteria style, and another part that is a Disney character meet and greet table service restaurant. Both have separate menus, seating areas, and prices.
The quick service side of the restaurant sells chicken and fish dishes, as well as a decent selection of salads and desserts. Sets are available with an entree, side, dessert, and drink. We've observed that these sets don't necessarily save you any money, it just makes the ordering process slightly easier. We don't dislike Horizon Bay, but we think there are much better meals to be had in the park.
