Description And Comments

This attraction based on the immensely popular series of films takes you through Dom Toretto's garage and past lots of locations you'll recognize from the films. Then, you hop in a party bus that falls under attack. Of course, there may be a car or two along the way, as well as characters like Hobbs, Letty, and Roman.

The ride uses hydraulic platforms, 400-foot-long screens, and 4K projectors to make it appear as if your bus is in the midst of a high-stakes car chase, pursuing an inter- national crime cartel at 100-plus miles per hour through the streets of Los Angeles. The Fast & Furious finale begins when your driver spots Dom’s iconic Dodge Charger along your path, prompting the revelation that a member of your party is a crime witness being sought by both the bad guys and the FBI. Your vehicle shelters in an industrial warehouse, where a rave is in full swing until the feds crash the party. The F&F crew come to your rescue and escort you on a virtual high-speed highway chase filled with CGI car crashes and simulated explosions. The dialogue and visual effects are shockingly cheesy (even by theme park standards), but it all goes by in such a nitro-fueled blur that it might not matter to fans of the flicks.

Fast & Furious – Supercharged, like Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon, features Universal's "Virtual Line" experience. That means you may optionally receive a return time to ride, foregoing the traditional queue. Standby, Single Rider, and Express queues are also available. Virtual Line will only save you time if the posted wait is over 30 minutes.
