Downtown Disney Overview
Downtown Disney, verdant and landscaped by day, pops alive with neon and glitter at night. The complex offers specialty shopping, restaurants, and bowling. Many of the restaurants offer entertainment in addition to dining, including Jazz Kitchen. Splitsville is a 40,000 square foot luxury bowling alley and restaurant. Ballast Point features over 50 craft beers on tap, as well as a good selection of burgers. Other restaurant options include the Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria, and Tortilla Jo’s Mexican restaurant. Starbucks is located near World of Disney and the tram loading/unloading zone. This location serves all the chain’s beverages and sandwiches and offers free Wi-Fi, and full loyalty card benefits. The best ice cream in all of Disneyland Resort can be found at Salt & Straw. The best dining value in Disneyland Resort can be found at Earl of Sandwich
If you’re not hungry, there’s always shopping to keep you occupied. A 40,000-square-foot World of Disney store, the second largest on the planet, anchors the shopping scene. Cosmetics are available at Sephora. For an artistic memento, WonderGround Gallery showcases edgy (and expensive) reinterpretations of classic Disney images, often signed by their creators. The LEGO Store features interactive play tables with LEGO bricks and life-size statues of Disney characters made entirely of LEGOs. Star Wars Trading Post offers merchandise from the series of films, as well items made exclusively for Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.
